Check-in is from 14:00 

The early check-in before 07:00 will cost 100% of the price of the day, the early check-in after 07:00 will cost 50% of the price of the day. The early check-in service must be booked in advance

Check-out before 12:00

The late check-out before 18:00 will be 50% of the cost of the day, and after 18:00 will be 100% of the cost of the day. The late check-out service is booked in advance.

Wi-Fi

To get a WI-FI voucher ask the reception.

Free Parking

Parking is secured. Parking space does not need to be reserved in advance and is subject to availability upon check-in

Laundry (tel. 1730)

The laundry is located inside the hotel. Items dropped off at the laundry before 09:00 will be returned to the guest by 17:00 of the same day. Items dropped off at the laundry after 09:00 will be returned to the guest at 09:00 the next day.

Express Service

Any items dropped off at the laundry between 07:00 and 18:00 will be returned to the guest after 3 hours. A surcharge of 50% of the cost of the service.

Housekeeping service

To order additional robes, towels, slippers, etc., please contact the maids at extension 1730. The Housekeeping service service is available 24 hours a day.

Lobby bar (tel. 1547)

The lobby bar is located in the hotel lobby. The bar is open 24 hours a day.

Breakfast

An extended breakfast buffet is held in the restaurant "Sobinov".

On weekdays: from 07:00 to 10:00 buffet breakfast. On weekends from 07:00 to 11:00 buffet breakfast. In case breakfast is not included in the room rate, the price for breakfast will cost 800 rubles/person.

The spa center is located on the 0th floor of the 2nd building of the hotel. Working hours are from 10:00 to 22:00.

Massage

The massage room is located on the 1st floor of the 2nd building of the hotel (to the left of the entrance to the spa center), you can make an appointment for a massage by calling the masseur at: +7(965)726-22-58.
